First to Fish Annual Contest Winners

Bass:

Bass Winners

 

 

1st Place – Ron Welch of Corona (6.34 lbs) won an Abu Garcia Baitcaster ($80 value), 1000 yard spool Berkley Trilene ($20 value), DVL Marina sweatjacket ($30 value) and a $25 gift card to Baja Vinnies Bait and Tackle.

2nd Place – Dwight Shephard of Ontario (5.27 lbs) won a Flambeau/Rapala tacklebox pro pack ($40 value), “Bass Fishing in California,” by Ronnie Kovach ($25 value) and a DVL polo shirt ($16
value).

3rd Place   3rd Place – Al Luczon of Lake Elsinore (4.63 lbs) won a $25 gift card to Baja Vinnies Bait and Tackle, “Bass Fishing in California,” by Ronnie Kovach ($25 value) and a DVL bass hat ($11 value).
   

 

Trout:

1st place – Gary Allphin of Ontario (5.49 lbs) won a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses ($125 value) and a DVL Marina sweatjacket ($30 value)

 

2nd 3rd place for Trout  

2nd place – Robert Patterson of Menifee (4.68 lbs) won a Flambeau/Rapala tackle box pro pack ($40 value), free entrance, boat launch and two daily fishing access to DVL ($19 value) and a DVL polo shirt ($16 value).

3rd place – Alex Patterson an 11-year old of Menifee (3.68 lbs) won a $25 gift card to Baja Vinnies Bait and Tackle, free entrance, boat launch and two daily fishing access to DVL ($19 value), and a DVL bass hat ($11 value).

1st place and only entry – Kenny Jones of Menifee (.12 lbs) won a Mitchell 308X Gold Spinning Reel ($50 value), 1000 yard spool Berkley Trilene ($20 value) and a DVL Marina sweatjacket ($30 value).

 

 

     
Ron Welch had the biggest fish of the day and won a $150 gift certificate for car detailing at Offshore Auto Detail.  The remaining prizes, including the 2nd and 3rd place panfish prizes were given out using a random drawing of the daily fishing access passes sold for the day.
