2008/09 TROUT PLANT SCHEDULE: (tentative)

Trout plants will begin October 30, 2008.  For three consecutive weeks Mt. Lassen will deliver 1,000 pounds of rainbow trout (90% of 1 to 1 ¼ lb. fish and 10% of trophy fish in excess of 3 lbs.).  Every other week plants will continue through the end of 2008.

In addition, California Dept. of Fish and Game will supplement with 7,000 lbs. of brown trout in late October, and more than 1,000 lbs. of rainbow trout in both November and December.

Purchased trout are paid for by Metropolitan with the fishing access fees paid by DVL visitors. (Click here for larger image)
